Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

  Generate Shipping Label

  Choose your preferred courier through our portal to download a prepaid shipping label or receive a QR code for paperless drop-off.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 working days.
